New bending machine

Building of new fabric area is getting closer to an end,
and we will be ready to receive our new 18" bending machine in July.
We expect to start bending with the new machine during September.
Finally we will be able of bending pipes with an OD (Outside diameter) of 457mm. (18")

 

ONS Exhibition

NIRAS will as usual be represented at ONS in Stavanger.
We will share stand with our good old friends at Bandak Group,
as we have done many times before.

Opening hours for ONS exhibitions are: Tuesday 28. to Thursday 30.August, 09.30 to 17.30

Welcome to induction bending by NIRAS

NirasNIRAS was established in 1985 and ever since we started we have aimed to be the best induction bender in the field. We have been able to provide our customers with a product which meets the most stringent quality requirements, whilst at the same time saving on expensive prefabrication time. This means our customers make significant cost savings.

The way we shorten prefabrication time for our customers is by dramatically reducing the number of weld joints. We supply bends with the straight ends of your choice, and you can even have spools with no weld joints at all. The most effective way to reduce costs on a pipeline is to let us work with you early in the design process.

Our engineers are more than willing to offer suggestions for changes to a pipeline to give a dramatic reduction in costs. We are proud to say that pipes bent by NIRAS may be found in on- and offshore installations in many parts of the world.
