We constantly apply clearly defined quality and safety requirements to all stages of production. NIRAS can take on practically any kind of bending, regardless of material, profile, bending radius or angle.
What is induction bending?
This method uses an eddy current induced by a fluctuating electromagnetic field to heat the material to be bent. Any material which conducts electricity can be heated by induction. The temperature is computer controlled and regulated with the aid of an infrared camera, ensuring uniform heating without risk of overheating. Induction bending increases material quality and greatly reduces costs compared with traditional methods of bending.
